Quality Policy

It is the established policy of this Company to operate a Quality Assurance System that will fully meet the requirement of ISO 9000/EN 29000 and to produce products which conform to specified standards of quality, reliability and performance.

The Quality Manager is the nominated management representative who has the authority and responsibility to ensure that the requirements of ISO 9000/EN 29000 are implemented and maintained.

All operatives and staff of the Company are directly responsible for the quality of their own work.

The Quality Assurance Procedures defined in this policy and its supporting documentation are mandatory for all staff.  All staff shall be made aware of the Quality Assurance requirements.  It is important that any discrepancies or suggested amendments should be submitted through normal change request procedure or directly to the Quality Manager as soon as possible.

The Quality System shall be continually and systematically reviewed for effectiveness and improvement.

The economic cost of quality is of prime importance
